Shipping policy

Shipping times and cost vary depending on your location, and the shipping service you choose. 

All shipping times will be shown to you at checkout based on the items purchased, and shipping service requested. 

We do not give refunds for delayed shipping. Once the items are in transit we cannot cancel the orders. Delayed shipping is not terms for a refund or chargeback. 

Refunds and cancellations for delayed shipping are only applicable if your order has not left the warehouse or location from which the items are being shipped from. 

Shipping guidelines: 

Please allow 3-14 days for shipping for most orders. (Please refer to your choice of shipping service which will outline the timeline)
